Join us for brotherhood, fellowship, and time to enjoy the mountains of West Virginia. Explore local historical sites, waterfalls, and mountain roads at your own pace, or simply relax with old friends and new ones.
The weekend at a glance
- Friday, June 11
- Registration: 3–10 PM
- Hospitality room: 6–11 PM, with food and snacks
- Saturday, June 12
- Breakfast in the hotel lobby
- Registration: 9 AM–2 PM
- Hospitality room: noon–3 PM
- Dinner: 7 PM at American Legion Post 29
- Entertainment: approximately 8:15–11 PM
- Awards: approximately 9 PM
- Sunday, June 13
- Breakfast in the hotel lobby
Enjoy raffles, door prizes, and self-guided touring throughout the weekend. Contact the event staff if you’d like an escorted Saturday ride.
